Adriana Baires comes to the BLVD team from more than 15 years in human resource management, putting her on a career arc that melds perfectly with the high-level skill set of a Realtor®: decisiveness, empathy, patience, professionalism, leadership, social responsibility, and excellent communication.
 
Adriana’s experience in human resources has made her an astute coach and mentor, as well as a natural problem-solver and relationship-builder — valuable attributes to the clients she serves. She loves the opportunity to collaborate and help others pursue their dreams and achieve their goals, whether in real estate or life.
 
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Adriana describes herself as a proud first-generation kid, the eldest daughter of an immigrant family. With native fluency in English and Spanish, she’s an able communicator and advocate for all her clients, keeping them informed through every step of the real estate process.
 
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, rooting for the 49ers, and doting on her two children.
