Before our search began, he met with us to understand what we were looking for and really made an effort to get to know us as a couple which made the experience feel even more personalized. Before touring our first homes, he sent us different listings from the MLS so we could give him our thoughts on what we liked/didn’t like. Based on our feedback, he curated a list of homes meeting our specific trends/needs. He was quick to get us home tours scheduled and was always prompt. He consistently followed up with us in a timely manner. During the home tours, he really let us explore and form our own opinions of what we liked/didn’t like about the space. Based on our “must haves,” he made suggestions on how we could make those happen if the home didn’t have it. He has a good eye for where home improvements can be done to make the most of the space.
