Get to Know Me

Real estate runs deep and far in Dennis Simkin’s family. His father was a real estate broker as well as a builder and developer. His father-in-law also was a real estate broker — and his son-in-law is BLVD Real Estate founder Joshua Simkin England. Now that Dennis has six grandchildren, his real estate legacy may well stretch to the next century.
 
A Bay Area native, Dennis has been serving the Greater East Bay since 1974, when he was named rookie of the year for selling 44 houses. He credits his degree in marketing from San José State University as well as graduate work at Santa Clara University for his business acumen. Over the years, he has been a Realtor®, broker associate, owner, vice president, president, regional manager, and he has owned two real estate companies.
 
So, yes, Dennis knows real estate. He’s experienced and at ease with buyers, sellers, investors, and transactions of all types. He has seen business practices evolve from carbon copies and faxes to email and electronic signatures. Dennis stays ahead of the curve to serve clients with honesty and integrity, helping them achieve their needs, goals, and dreams.
 
Giving back to the community, Dennis volunteers with the local Rotary Club, mentors high school students, and trains and coaches up-and-coming real estate professionals. He spends his spare time with his family. Dennis also enjoys golf, fishing, and cycling and pledges allegiance to the San Francisco Giants, 49ers, and the Golden State Warriors.
