Meet Hector

When it comes to his qualifications as a real estate professional, Hector Garcia is all business — he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and another in hospitality management. For clients, this means he’s an agent who provides exceptional service, understands their needs, and brings his personal values to every purchase and sale.

 

Hector is a lifetime resident of the Bay Area. He was raised in Oakland, attended San Jose University, lived in the South Bay for 13 years, moved farther south to Gilroy, and recently to Merced.

 

Growing up, Hector thought you had to be rich to be in real estate, but he learned that wealth can be created by investing and playing your cards right. He credits his success to being open-minded, coachable, genuine, kind, respectful, and faithful to his network. In fact, his network is what ultimately got him into real estate. He serves buyers, sellers, and investors alike, but he believes his greatest strength is working with first-time buyers in the Spanish-speaking community. He’s happy to show them the way and help them create a winning game plan to realize the dream of homeownership.

 

On his own time, Hector likes working out, running, mountain biking, hiking, playing baseball, and traveling. He and his wife take at least one domestic trip and one international trip every year — although their itinerary may be altered by a toddler boy and a daughter scheduled for arrival in August 2021.
